Meet the Founder: Fatai Kareem

Fatai Kareem, a purpose-driven undergraduate at Obafemi Awolowo University (OAU), studies Management and Accounting. He is a certified digital marketer (Google digital skills); IYDS Deputy Country Coordinator, Nigeria; a member of YALI Network; a member of COCÖÖÖN NGO, Nigeria; the assistant Head of Research at Transcendent Minds Club, OAU; the assistant editor-in-chief of Echoes of Accounting, OAU; the assistant secretary of Tijaniyyah Muslim Students Association of Nigeria, OAU Chapter; and a member of Bureau of Accountancy, Bureau of Finance and Bureau of Management, OAU.

He began his writing journey while he was in primary six in 2008. In 2012, he propounded his first law of human behaviour, which he termed "Human-static law of man's product"; it is now "Associative law of human behaviour". Within the period of 8 years, he has written more than 30 concepts that explain human behaviour and their applications in the business world.

He is passionate about solving management and business problems, managing such problems, achieving desirable management and business result and improving upon such result through strategy, analysis, innovation, research, model development, change management, performance management and teamwork. He also has passion for training and mentoring students, managers and corporate individuals on how to prevent and solve management and business problems, and how to impact the change that will lead to the desirable management and business result. Thus, he aspires to become a management consultant, business analyst, researcher and mentor.

As a compassionate leader, who had held leadership position as the class captain throughout his secondary school (2008-2014); the assistant Head boy (2010/2011 academic session); Time keeper (2012/2013 academic session); Head boy, Head of Students Representative Council, and Head of Muslim Students Society of Nigeria (2013/2014 academic session), Itoki Community High School, Nigeria; he engages in humanitarian and voluntary activities that help youths to be creative, innovative and happy citizens of the world. Thus, The Leads Intellectual Initiative was founded.
